The Sarasota Bay Foundation is committed to protecting our most valuable resource, Sarasota Bay. We provide outreach, education on climate change, resilient shorelines and funding for projects that utilize a natural approach to shoreline protection.

The Sarasota Bay Foundation, in collaboration with Sarasota County's NEST program, Florida Sea Grant, the Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores Greenspace Committee, Solutions to Avoid Red Tide and many others, just completed our first living shoreline project at Indian Beach Park. Check out these photos of our volunteers and the "before and after" pictures.
